classes. Through Group Exercise, members are able to reach their goals,
meet like minded individuals, and enjoy their workouts
together! Classes are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Please speak to the instructor about class capacity in the event that the room appears full.
Classes are open to those 14 and older unless otherwise noted. Orientations to the fitness center are available upon request.

At the YMCA we pride ourselves in offering a variety of fitness opportunities for all levels. Senior Fitness provides our elder members the chance to get fit whether it be in chair yoga, or one of our cardio and strength centered classes. Instructors help members find modifications to suit their physical needs.
Whatever your goal, our expert trainers will provide plans, coaching and motivation to help you succeed.

Why not get fit and have fun while doing it? At the YMCA we promote healthy living in a competitive, safe environment through adult sports. Participants must be 14 years of age or older to participate.
Volleyball $275 per team (Winter/Spring)
Basketball $325 per team (Winter - registration is currently open)
Softball $375 per team (Spring)
Fees are due in full at the time of registration. Schedules
will be set following registration.
At the Y we believe playing sports is an important part of growing up. We emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, character - and FUN! Your child will learn the basics of each sport and build skills as they grow, make new friends and stay active. The cost for youth sports is $35 for members and $70 for nonmembers. Sports include basketball, soccer, volleyball.

Basketball Competitive League
Teamwork, Sportsmanship and FUN! Register today for the youth basketball competitive leave at the Clay County YMCA!
Age Groups (Boys/Girls):
Registration forms are located at the front desk for more information. The league fee is $300 per team.
The YMCA will provide uniforms. Individual teams will be responsible for scheduling their own practices.All games are officiated by a YMCA official.
During the spring season youth ages 4-11 are welcome to take part in the Clay County Y Youth Soccer League! We promote character development, teamwork, sportsmanship and fun for all participants. Games are played on Sunday afternoons.
Clay County Y Youth Volleyball program emphasizes teaching the values of good sportsmanship, teamwork, goal setting and skill development in a fun, esteem-promoting atmosphere.
Children will learn the basic volleyball fundamentals such as underhand serving, setting, hitting and digging in a fun atmosphere! Teams are divided by age - players can play up but cannot play in a lower age group.
